Virtual mediation emerged from an invitation by Daniela Ramos Arias as part of the event *Joy in Times of Uncertainty*, organized by the Master’s Program in Curatorial Practice at the University of Bergen, Norway. The session focused on our ideas, concerns, and insights regarding the concept of the party as a space for learning and its connection to educational processes.
We used cumbia, an essential musical genre in Latin American culture, as both a starting point and a metaphor. This approach allowed us to generate connections, analogies, and analyses. Our ongoing research was presented through a collage of images, audio, and video.
