Catalina Tenorio represented LaRuidosaOficina at the IV Ibero-American Meeting of Artistic Education and Cultural Rights, titled Latir.Pulsar.Devenir [Beat.Pulse.Becoming]. She participated as a mediator for the opening activity, as well as a workshop facilitator and speaker. This event was organized by the Ecuadorian organization ArteEducarte, with support from the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI-Ecuador), the International Center for Higher Studies in Communication for Latin America (CIESPAL), and the Benjamín Carrión Cultural Center.
The purpose of the meeting was to acknowledge and promote art education as a cultural right within the region, bringing together various projects and specialists in the field. Participating initiatives included Archivos Vivos (Ecuador), Movimiento Fibra (Chile), Cristina Cubells (Spain), IDARTES (Colombia), Gemma Carbó (Spain), and LaRuidosaOficina.
