The inaugural mediation of the 2nd International Meeting of the Network of Empathic Pedagogies, titled *Extitución y Desorden* [Extitution and Disorder], was developed in collaboration with the TEOR/éTica leadership team. We used the Costa Rican phrase "arroz con mango" [rice with mango]—which refers to an unexpected mix of disparate elements—as a metaphor for designing the session. This idea led to exercises that fostered trust, encouraged exploration, and helped establish shared codes among the Network's members, laying the groundwork for the development of the following activities.
